It may be tough to believe but really, the Best Diet Plan is NO Diet at all!

Being a nutritionist is not all that easy as it appears, especially when I keep being asked mostly one question, day in and day out, “Can you tell me what is the best diet for me?”
The best diet to follow is to follow NO diet at all!
This is the answer I give to almost anybody and boy oh boy, are they shocked! Now, mind you, I do understand the shock. After all, how can a nutritionist even think of saying such a thing?
How could any nutritionist wanting to promote health tell you not to follow a diet? Actually I do so for the plain and simple fact that diets just do not work at all.
Now, I know you REALLY must be shocked!
Anyone would be shocked to read what I have just said, what with all those seemingly “awesome diet plans” going around!
In fact the reason why most diets do not work is that they are the very cause of people being unable to lose weight. With diets, people make the biggest mistake of trying to keep to a diet when all they have to do is…
Follow a delicious way to eat!

All you need to do to keep a healthy diet and not gain weight is eat food that is delicious to you and in this way you will be able to keep your hunger at bay.
If you eat in this way, you will be able to satisfy your hunger as well as your taste buds, plus, you will be able to keep healthy and maintain the best weight too!
You can enjoy pizza and donuts as well!
You do not have to go on a crash diet and start eating grapefruit and cottage cheese! Yes, you read that right.
Eating healthy and staying healthy does not mean you have to live on bird food – unlike what most diet preachers tell you! You can really have the tastiest food that you want - like scrambled eggs in butter, with your favorite vegetables and 2 slices of sprouted grain toast too! Or maybe you would prefer French toast made from healthy bread, and eggs?
In fact the list is almost endless
I could go on and on about the foods you could have, so long is the list!
But the point is, you really do not have to eat like a bird and you just do not have to eat food that is tasteless to be healthy and lose weight. All you need to do is just get creative with the foods that you love, so that you can get the most out of your diet.

But remember this too…
Rome wasn’t built in a day and you just cannot expect changes to take place overnight!
You need to take one step at a time and you can start by just establishing one single healthy eating habit every week. Or, dropping one that is unhealthy! This way you are sure to discover that The Best Diet Plan is NO Diet at all!
