The call center industry is considered today as one of the most successful as well as one of the largest industries in the Philippines today. Part of the reason is because of the continuous growth of demands for Live Answering Service or call center services along with the massive growth of call center companies and agencies in the Philippines today.

The call center industry was also recognized as the Sunshine Industry of the Philippines. This is because of its massive growth in only less than a decade as well as its huge contribution to the growth of the Philippine economy. So what is the reason why the industry had grown so much in less than the time an industry usually grows? According to many industry experts, part of the reason why the industry had grown is because of its collection of live answering services.

Brief History
The call center industry wasn’t always as successful as it is today. It wasn’t even considered as a call center industry back in the past. The industry was known simply as a provider of email response and managing services for businesses and companies.

According to many industry experts, part of the reason why the call center industry of the Philippines had significantly risen is because of the number of demands from other countries, particularly from the US. This is due to the number of foreign investors bringing foreign clients in the Philippines, which had eventually grown, leading to the significant growth of the call center industry of the Philippines.
