The Sony Ericsson S500i is available in two color variants Mysterious green that has a black body and Spring yellow that has a chrome yellow body. Sony have designed the phone for the medium priced segment so the phone does not really have all the jazzy features to make you the techno cool dude around, but the S500i is well equipped with the essential features of a decent phone in the market. The highlighting feature though is the outstanding display clarity of the S500i. The bright active matrix display allows you to use your phone comfortably even outdoors and the high resolution does magic to the artwork. The 2 mega pixel camera lacks auto focus and flash, something that is surprising coming from a company that has phones like the Cyber shot under its banner. The camera is capable of video recording as well, but again a very average feature.
