The success of the call center industry of the Philippines is due to the success of the many call center companies and agencies that contributed their services to the growth of the industry. One of those successful call centers includes Magellan Call Center which became popular because of their Small Business Answering service to small and medium businesses in the Philippines.

According to industry experts in the Philippines, the start of the call center industry of the Philippines was due to a few third-party companies that introduced a number of Live Answering Service to their clients, namely customer care and technical support.
