My favorite snack are homemade pancakes. I love experimenting with different tastes and ingredients and that is why recently I decided to make chocolate chip and raspberry pancakes. They are delicious, airy and fluffy and they are an excellent idea when you are hungry or have a sweet tooth.
Homemade pancakes are easy to make and preparing them will not take you long time. All you have to do is to prepare the batter, add your favorite ingredients and then cook pancakes on the frying pan or on the griddle. Serving pancakes is the next easiest thing. You just have to come up with a good idea for topping. Usually I choose maple syrup but there are many other worth trying syrups and toppings. Such as chocolate syrup, orange or peach syrup. If you prefer to eat something lower in calories, I strongly recommend sugar free fruit yogurts. Here, I listed all the ingredients you will need to make these delicious homemade chocolate chip and raspberry pancakes as well as few simple instructions:

Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups milk
- 2 eggs
- 4 tablespoons butter, melted (use microwave)
- 1 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 2 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2-1 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips
- ½ cup raspberries

How to make chocolate chip raspberry pancakes
  1. In one bowl, mix flour, baking powder and sugar.

  2. In a separate bowl, mix eggs, milk, vanilla extract and melted butter.

  3. Pour wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Do not over mix the batter! It is ok when it has some lumps.

  4. Now, add raspberries and chocolate chip to the batter. Mix the batter gently.

  5. Heat a frying pan or a griddle over medium-high heat and brush it with few drops of oil.

  6. When the frying pan is hot enough, pour ¼ cup of the batter on the surface of the frying pan.

  7. Cook pancakes on one side for about 2-3 minutes.

  8. Flip pancakes and cook again for about 1-2 minutes.

  9. Serve pancakes warm and with desired topping.
