Fast multitasking capabilities provided by the Acer beTouch E100

The Acer beTouch E100 is a recently released handset that has proved to be a popular choice amongst the mobile phone community. Endearing in looks as well as functionality it offers smart phone technology encased within a stylish and elegantly designed casing.

GPRS, EDGE, blue tooth and mini USB are the connectivity options provided with this phone. In addition internet access is provided through its HSDPA connection, which provides web browsing capabilities at speeds of up to 7.2 Mbps. GPS with A-GPS support is included within the handset and offers satellite navigation.


In addition to the aforementioned features and functions, the handset also provides an MP3/MP4 player and pocket office which includes versions of Word, Excel and PowerPoint as well as a PDF viewer. A voice memo facility is provided which provides the means to take vocal notes as when required.


The Acer E100 is a relatively compact handset measuring 113 mm x 56 mm wide whilst being 12 millimetres thick. Weighing only 118 g it is also lightweight. This handset is an affordable and viable option compared to many high specification units which come with a myriad of functionality that rarely gets used.
