REVIEW - "Going to really tease your brain!"

This is your fair warning that this game is not for the faint of heart. Alright, so you're still with me? Good! BrainTeaser is a great game if you really like mind puzzles. If you have ever played a game called "Lights Out!" then you will already be familiar with the basic concept of this game. I will warn you now though, if you do not like games that get frustrating then you should turn back now!

The basic premise of the game is that you are given a board full of squares, some of them light and some of them dark, and when you press on any of the squares, all of the squares that touch that particular square flip to their other side. The object is to touch the squares that will make the pattern that is shown at the bottom of the screen. Sound easy enough? Well it's not!

This game takes the concept of "Lights out!" where the object was always to make all the squares a certain color, and where the board size was always the same, and manages to take it to a new level of complexity. There are three different board sizes: 3×3, 4×4 and 5×5 and in addition to that the objective isn't always to just "black out" the squares, but rather to make a specific pattern.

The game offers a couple different ways to play. You can "practice," where you are not timed and you get to select the level that you will work on; and you can start a new game from level 1, or you can start a new game from the furthest level that you have made it to.

There aren't really a lot of frills or options to this game, but if you are a big fan of games that really will puzzle you, then I would highly recommend this free app. It brings life into an old game and will bring you countless hours of enjoyment and frustration.
