Why Immigrants Come To America. And Why America Will Crumble If They Don't.

There has always been much conversation about why immigrants come to America.

Freedom, freedom of religion, to escape poverty and oppression, a better future for their families. In short, opportunity. The same opportunities that many second and third generation Americans no longer pursue. If you can't handle the truth, you might want to stop right here. If you think America owes you something, get a grip. You're sitting in the greatest land of opportunity ever devised and you have the nerve to say that you are entitled to whatever you're little heart desires? While they're are people that will die today, just trying to get here? Please.

You have a right to a job, you say? So, if I own a small business, I'm supposed to hire you ( even if I can't afford to ) and take money away from my family so that you can give to yours? Would you do that? I doubt it. Oh, wait a minute, you would never be in that position because the world owes you a job. You don't have the courage to start your own business. You want others to put it all on the line for you.

The reason that the USA needs a constant flow of new immigrants is because they are the people that have the dream, the desire, the fire inside to do something to better their financial situation. Those born here seem to lose that fire, that desire after a generation or two after being here. Especially in this day and age, when many seem to think that they are entitled to financial security, a job or an education. Many young people today seem to think that they should be able to start at the top. Nice.

If you have read any of my articles, you'll know where I come from. I believe in personal responsibility and accountability. As part of that belief, I only work with people that think as I think. I don't work with whiners, complainers, or excuse mongers. I do not invite these people into my life. In other words, I never recruit someone just for the sake of recruiting someone. I work with and teach only 5-10 people at a time. And I only work where I am deserved. In other words, I only work with people who work and want to learn how to be financially secure. So, if you are doing 3 way calls to me, if you are asking questions, if you can be coached, I will teach you all day long. If not, I don't have time. This business is life changing. This business is not a joke. And I don't have time for people who do not want to take it seriously.

It's about new blood, new life, new givers, not takers. We need new producers in the USA. If you look back through our history, you see how new blood has produced and grown our economy. Irish, Italian, German, Vietnamese, Indian and today Somalian. And they all have one thing in common. They work like crazy. They save their money. Go to any parking garage and you'll notice that most of the workers are from Africa. They live together, they save their money and they open stores and many other types of businesses. Meanwhile, native born Americans sit around and complain about this, that and the other thing. Many feel they are entitled. Very sad. They are takers, not producers. We need producers. And new immigrants provide that production.

The reasons why immigrants come to America are the same reasons that each and every one of us should feel grateful that we were born here. Grateful that we don't have to walk across a barren, dangerous, bandido infested desert, risking all, just to have the opportunity to have a better life.

Alas, far too many Americans are too busy complaining and whining, rather than counting their blessings.
