A cheerleading theme party is a great way to end the season. Sending out party invitations to each of them and their families two weeks before the game will provide ample notice about what is planned. After the big high school game it is time for another party, hopefully with having a victory in hand for the home team. The more the merrier, so invite the coaches, as well.

Now with the invitations and notices having been handed or sent out, it is time focus on the party supplies needed for the event. Gather a list of what party supplies are needed, by first thinking about the party theme. Setup enough tables to allow for everyone to sit down at, next using the school spirit colors cover the tables with table cloths. Pom poms great great centerpieces for this party theme.

Appetizers can be available almost immediately, but before the meal have plenty of activities going on to work up that hunger. These also could be part of the need party supplies list. Such as a couple sets of board games like; scrabble, monopoly, Uno, life and Yahtzee to name a few possible choices. Spreading the games out, each at different tables, will give guests the opportunity to change places, play a variety of games, and meet new friends.

Setup a remote controlled race track with two cars, and have the cheerleaders cheer on the racers during each match. A great way to challenge them on their individual cheering and make those racing feel more energized hearing someone cheer them onto victory. Have balloons at each of the corners of the table where the race track has been setup. Also include in the party supplies some rewards to be available to the winning contestants of the various events.

A treat bag for party favors for this cheerleading theme party is a nice giveaway for the guests after they have all eaten. Just remember to include it in the party supplies list before today, a goodies treat bag for everyone. Before the night is over hand out thank you notes that match the paper the invitations were given out on, and have the coach give a end of the school year farewell speech to thank everyone.
