Bluetooth offers a means of connecting to compatible devices in order to share data and media files. The handset can be connected directly to a computer via a micro USB connection. Therefore, users can carry out various tasks such as backing up contact info.

The handset measures 97.8x49.5x11.2mm and weighs 87 grams. Because of its slim profile and light weight, the LG Pop is a pleasure to use on the move. The handset offers basic yet sophisticated styling and is aesthetically pleasing. The TFT resistive touch screen measures 3 inches and provides good quality of on screen image display. This is thanks to 256,000 colours being displayed within 240x400 pixels.

The built in digital camera utilises 5.15 mega pixels therefore providing a means of taking top quality still images. As well as taking still snapshots, the camera can also shoot QVGA quality video at a rate of 15 frames per second.

Other features of the LG Pop include a versatile media player, games and radio player which are sure to cater to the needs of entertainment fans. If you are into social networking, you will love the social networking integration which provides direct access to FaceBook, MySpace and Twitter. Up to 1000 entries can be stored in the internal phone book. This is sure to cater to the needs of most users, and the phone book includes the popular and useful Photocall feature. This works by the user assigning a photo to each contact, and this is then displayed on the screen whenever they are in contact. Internal memory is 42 MB as standard, however further storage can be made available by installing a memory card of up to 16 GB into the micro SD slot.

Vibration and MP3 ringtones alert users to incoming calls, and a built in speakerphone offers the means to talk hands free.
