The success of the outsourcing industry of the Philippines is due to a number of successful industries in the Philippines, such as the IT industry in which the government had projected to grow in 10 years.

However, other than the IT industry, the call center industry is also one of the many major contributing industries which contributed to the growth of the outsourcing industry of the Philippines.
