The call center industry of the Philippines is considered as one of the most successful and fastest growing industries in the country. Part of what made the industry successful is because of its outsourcing services which not only offered big and Small Business Answering service to companies in the Philippines, but also to companies outside the country.

Success of the industry
According to many experts, the call center industry of the Philippines was only known as a mere provider of email response and managing services. Eventually, their services grew along with the growth of the industry, which also introduced a number of new services, including all types of customer relation services from business-to-customer to business-to-business services.

Part of the reason of this growth is also because of the growth of call center agencies and companies in the Philippines offering outsourcing services to all kinds of companies, either locally or foreign companies.
