If eating is your favorite hobby, it makes sense to include more and more healthy dishes in your routine. Cooking healthy dishes may sound like rocket science to some of us who gorge on double cheese sandwich, chocolates and chips almost every day. However, healthy dishes are, in fact, easier to cook than unhealthy ones. Lets go through some recipes that are ideal for those who care for their health.

Cauliflower Mash Recipe

Ingredients:

1. Cauliflower: 6 C. (2 Heads)
2. Fat Free Cream Cheese: 1/8 C.
3. Low Sodium Chicken Broth: 1/8 C.
4. Fat Free Sour Cream: ½ C.
5. Salt and Pepper as per Taste:
6. Fat Free Cheddar Cheese (Optional): ¾ C.
7. Paprika (Optional): 1 Tsp.

Procedure: Heat your oven to about 400 degrees. Remove leaves and hard stems from cauliflower. Trim flowerets from the stem and throw it away. Put the flowerets in boiling water till it loses its hardness. It may take around 15 minutes. Drain properly. Keep cauliflower in food processor that features large blade. Add fat free yogurt, fat free cream cheese and chicken broth to it. Mix the solution well. Put salt and pepper as per your taste. Take an over-proof casserole dish and spray it with non-stick cooking spray. Put the cauliflower mash into it. You can sprinkle cheese on it if you like. Add some paprika onto the mash and keep it in oven for around 8 minutes. After the cheese has melted, serve hot.


Servings: 10 1/2 cup servings

Cookie Crumb Crust Recipe

Ingredients:

1. Sifted Soy Flour: 1 C.
2. Splenda Brown Sugar: ½ C.
3. Baking Powder1 Tsp.:
4. Baking Soda: 1 Tsp.
5. Baking Splenda: ¼ C.
6. Low Carb Peanut Butter: 4 Tbsp.
7. Fat Free Promise Butter: ½ C.
8. Vanilla: 1 Tsp.
9. Salt: ½ Tsp.
10. Egg Whites: 2
11. Fat Free Butter: ½ C.

Procedure: Heat your oven to about 325 degrees. Take a bowl and filter soy flour and baking powder into it. Add salt. Put the fat free butter, the baking Splenda and the Splenda brown sugar in mixer that has wire whip attachment and beat it to cream for 1 minute. Add peanut butter and vanilla to it and mix the mixture for a minute. Follow this by adding egg whites and mixing it for 1 minute. Take out spoonfuls of dough and roll it into balls. Take a greased cookie sheet and place the balls on it with a distance of al least 2 inches between them. Flatten them into circles and bake for around 15 minutes. When the color changes to light brown, take them out and let them cool down. Grind 12 cooled cookies in food processor. Mix 1/2 c of fat free promise butter in it. Place the mixture on a pie pan greased with a with non-stick cooking spray and press it. Bake well for around 10 minutes. Take it out and let it cool.


Servings: 1 Crust (6 slices)
