Your Quinceanera celebration is nearing. You want all your friends and relatives to be able to celebrate this wonderful time in your life, don't you? Obviously you will be sending invitations to them all, but what if they have made plans for a vacation or other excursion for the same time as your Quinceanera?

The Answer

There is a way to minimize that dilemma. Send everyone a Save the Date Quinceanera magnet months in advance. It is simple, effective, and inexpensive. Save the Date magnets have been used for weddings and anniversaries for many years. They are mailed or handed out well in advance of your special day so the intended invitees can mark their calendars and not schedule something else for that date. It is not unusual to distribute them 9 months or more ahead of time.

Why Are They Becoming So Popular?

The reason that magnetic Quinceanera Save the Date magnets work so well is because they are magnetic. Unlike a paper notification, these magnets immediately find their way onto refrigerators, cupboard, computer cases and a myriad of other spots in the home or workplace. Plain old paper Save the Dates get lost in the piles of junk mail on kitchen counters. Magnetic Save the Dates are in places where they are seen on a daily basis. Your friends and relatives will not be able to say, "Sorry! I accidentally scheduled a trip for that same day!"

Find A Supplier

Now that you realize how great these Quinceanera magnets are, you need to find a supplier. Some suppliers are big, impersonal factories that treat you like just another customer. I would prefer an on-line company that treats me like an individual and allows me to have creative input. You should be able to select the size, shape, graphics and text. If you are working with a supplier that requires you to choose from a handful of templates, I'd back away from them. This is your special day. You can't do it over, so every aspect of it should be the way you want it.

Do some searching on the internet and find a company that gives you the artistic freedom you want. Choose a company that has phone and/or instant on-line chat service as well as by e-mail. It is great to be able to call or chat directly with the employees there. And if it was me, I'd try to find one that was
woman owned and operated. They might be more tuned in to your needs more than some big burly guy with a beard and a cigar in his mouth. (Nothing against big burly guys with beards and cigars, but I'd rather talk to a lady about something this personal if I were a woman.)
