Every Country Should Have WMs

Every country in the world should have its own nuclear weapons. That way there would be far less of an imbalance in the way the world's resources are distributed. And there would also be far less injustice overall.

I listen, mostly in silent incredulity, to the countless talking heads on the countless media outlets endlessly pontificating about the world-ending threat presented by countries like North Korea and Iran developing their own nuclear programs.

Is it just me, or does the odor produced by the statement 'I can have nuclear weapons but you can't' not smell the same as the one produced by the statement 'I can vote but you can't'? It's an odor found in any pasture where a bull with regular bowel movements resides.

Words such as arrogance and hubris don't even begin to adequately describe the mindset that spawned both these statements.

Not a little time and effort is spent on arguing that American citizens should have the right to bear arms. Yet, the same crowd that so adamantly defends Americans' rights to firearms is a significant factor in the crowd that -- from some undisclosed planet -- feels not the least bit stupid in telling whole countries that they can not have certain weapons.

Hey, I'm not making this stuff up. At one time in this country there were those who established laws -- some on pain of death -- designed to prevent certain individuals and entire groups from learning to read. Just how far out of touch with reality do you have to be to engage in this type of nonsensical use of human effort?

One problem with pointing out these painful truths about American history is that so many Americans are totally ignorant of their real history. After been subjected to the words of the Pledge of Allegiance almost from birth, most of us come to really believe that America was 'indivisible' and provided 'liberty and justice for all.'

Most of us also believe the myth that Columbus 'discovered' America. Excuse me! How you can discover something that someone has been occupying for thousands of years? Did it not exist before it was 'discovered?'

It's been stated that Herr Hitler once said (paraphrasing) 'if you want to convince a population to believe a lie, tell the biggest lie you can imagine.'

And the truth is there have been some world class lies presented to tax-paying Americans under the guise of historical truths.

I've spoken to many people, both Black and White, about a piece of American history involving a town known as Greenwood which is a suburb of Tulsa, OK. Not one of them had ever heard of what was called 'The Black Wall Street', a section of Greenwood that was all Black and boasted millionaires in 1921 when Black people could not even vote!

Not one of them knew about the race riot that resulted in at least 3,000 Black people being slaughtered and hundreds of Black businesses and homes being destroyed in a 12-hour period. Even a big beautiful Black church was totally destroyed!

Why wasn't I taught this history at all during 12 years of public education? And why was it more important for me and other students to know about Columbus' 'discovery' than the more recent and far more relevant history of Greenwood?

Are you smellin'what I'm tellin'?

Could it be that certain powers do not want us -- neither Black nor White people -- to know about certain things that have happened in this country? And why would that be?

My personal experience and the knowledge I've gained as a student of history informs me that whenever a person or group chooses to practice deception, it is always to the detriment of the 'deceivees.'

And what possible benefits accrue to the deceivers by their 'man behind the curtain' activities?
That brings us to the scary part and why I think every country should have its own WMDs.

Let's say I can convince you that a certain person, or country for that matter, is a dire threat to your existence. And let's say at the same time that you are already prone to believe certain things and think a certain way based on previous mental programming (brain-washing), which is true for the vast majority of us.

Given the above parameters, just how difficult would it be to persuade you to go along with an invasion of another country to stop the purported threat to you? Add to this mix the fact that the deceivers have ready access to (some say full control over) the many media outlets to present their propaganda around the clock, and that most people don't read or think for themselves, and it becomes rather an easy task to garner support for just about any venture the deceivers want to pursue.

And if you've been paying attention, you should be able to see that all, not some, of the foreign excursions into the business of other countries is at the behest and benefit of big multi-national corporations. If you believe that any American president since this country helped defeat Hitler has sent troops overseas for any reason other than corporate profits, you deserve to be deceived.

So let's allow every country to have nuclear weapons, it would put and end to the status quo and start our planet down the road to peace and justice.
