Now, I for one am not the most skilled in the kitchen. However, I can burn a little but to get those famous rolls from O'Charley's or that wonderful clam chowder from Outback I must get the exact recipe. It's believed that these recipes are top secret and to some degree that has been true. But now in the world today with so many people into the do-it-yourself craze these secrets have been revealed. If you are like me I wanted to know so that I may impress my friends and let's face it; if I am able to make my favorite restaurant dish I may stay home and not go. Saves money in the long run and really makes me look to be a stud.

One downfall to this is having the recipe for the original New York Cheesecake from the Cheesecake factory. Oh boy! What a delight! Another potential downfall is that you may start to put on more weight if you are not careful. So, do yourself a favor and make the foods but don't eat all of them.
