It is not difficult to understand that you may get puzzled to convey your thoughts clearly if you are unable to find an effective way to express what you are thinking or let the audiences get the main idea immediately when you feeling passionate to a specific topic. A gold rule of thumb is to choose 3 main points and keep your communication focused on them. In that way, if the topic goes far away from what you mean, you will be able to return to one or more of these three key points without feeling confused.

I usually make a speech or demonstration in front of all my employees before work, telling them some skills about selling items like iphone 4 case. It is true that sometimes I perhaps go too far, but with those 3 points I can quickly return to my topics without any difficulties.

On the other hand, think about setting the listeners at ease before launching into your conversation or presentation is particularly important. For instance, you can start your conversation with a joke, funny story, or even a famous anecdote. Such special activity can help you to attract the listeners, and then simply lead them into the atmosphere you create and follow your ideas. Once you start addressing your three main points, make sure all facts, stories, allusions, etc. If you have already thought through the issues and the essence of the ideas that you wish to put across, it is likely that some pertinent phrases will stick in your mind. Do not be afraid to use these to emphasize your points. Even very confident and well-known speakers re-use their key points again and again for major effect. In my demonstration, when I teach my employees how to lead clients into the topic- buy iphone 3g cases, I must repeat some of the key words when necessary.

As a matter of fact, communication is more than a matter which makes the speaker and listeners understand the same information. By getting the message across, you bridge your thoughts and ideas to the audiences, let them share what you think and say. So pay more attention to your words each time before you speak them out.
