He has been awarded a total of 14 Michelin Stars, and in 2007 became one of only three chefs in the United Kingdom to hold three Michelin stars at one time. Ramsay currently ranks 3rd in the world in terms of Michelin Stars behind Joel Robuchon and Alain Ducasse.

What Gordon has to say about the Swiss made Bamix Hand Held Blender

"I first made the acquaintance of Bamix in Paris in 1991 whilst working for Guy Savoy. Now this was a very handy little tool that could do things in the kitchen and seemed to change ordinary dishes into something very different" Essentially the Bamix can turn thick, weighty soups into something light, exciting and sexy by aerating the liquid into a fluffy sensation that lies delicately on the palate. In 1992 I put together a tasting dish called ‘Cappuccino of white beans with grated truffle' as part of the menu that won ‘Chef of the Year'

Gordon Ramsay has been using the Bamix Blender for almost 20 years and he has stated that in every one of his kitchens the Bamix is a vital must have piece of equipment

For those of you that already own a Bamix you can understand why he makes that statement. First made in Switzerland over 50 years ago this amazingly versatile hand held blender has garnered a loyal following of users.

If you need to mix, puree, liquidize, emulsify, aerate, chop or grind this compact lightweight simple to use machine is the perfect solution.
As Gordon Ramsay says using the Bamix will make ordinary dishes into extraordinary dishes.
