Android technology comes of age within the HTC Tattoo

The HTC Tattoo is a handset that offers exciting and enticing technology. This phone comes with a variety of functionality all based on the utilisation of the android operating system. In addition the QUALCOMM MSM 7225 528 MHz processor is also utilised as its main CPU. The combination of both these elements ensures the handset is extremely responsive and is able to multitask in an effective manner. The handset comes with a 3.15 mega pixel camera which operates at a resolution of 2048 x 1536 pixels and provides auto focus as standard. The camera is able to take effective imagery which is good enough to be displayed on the display screen as well as being printed out if desired. Video recording and playback are also provided as an addition.


Entertainment is provided by the MP3/MP4 player, which will play the majority of audio and video file types that are available currently. In addition an FM stereo radio that comes with RDS capabilities is also provided and offers the ability to tune in to local and national radio stations and their relevant broadcasts. Internal memory within this handset is 256 MB of RAM and 512 MB of RAM, with the option to expand the memory storage by utilising the microSD card slot which is built into the unit.


The HTC Tattoo, in many ways is extremely similar to the
HTC Touch Pro 2 , in as much that both are aesthetically pleasing to the eye whilst offering extensive levels of functionality within a comfortable handset. The unit is available in a variety of colours which includes brown, white, graphite and violet which further enhances the range by offering colours that can be chosen to suit individual tastes.
