Cabbage Chicken Soup Diet Recipe
Ingredients:
• 1 pound chicken meat
• 1 (7.25 ounce) cans chicken broth
• 1 minced onion
• 2 stalk celery
• 1 carrot
• 2 diced peeled sweet potatoes
• 1 grated small head of cabbage

DIRECTIONS:
1. Rinse chicken and place into a large stockpot,add broth and water to cover. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer until the chicken is falling off the bones, about 30 minutes.. Put in the onion, celery stalk and carrot. and continue to simmer for 15 minutes until vegetables are soft.
2. Separate the chicken meat from the bones and skin. Shred and return to the pot, salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot with corn bread and salad.

Each day you can eat all the cabbage soup you want.
Day 1 - fruit you like, no bananas
Day 2 - Vegetables
Day 3 - fruits and vegetables no potatoes and bananas
Day 4 - Bananas and skim milk
Day 5 - Beef and tomatoes
Day 6 - Beef is not potatoes and vegetables
Day 7 - Brown rice, vegetables without potatoes
