We do feel that the name, Ice Cream Diet, can put all manner of unusual ideas and initial thoughts in someone's head. Right? While there is the daily ice cream treat, bear in mind the other aspects such as lower calorie intake. You know, someone can read the name and erroneously believe they'll be able to eat all the ice cream they want and lose weight - like it's magic ice cream!

People could also get the wrong impression and think the diet is fake and it only makes you fatter - no! This, of course, is only wishful thinking, and if you are really interested in following this diet you have to read all the small print! Just like with so many other diets, you will be required to limit daily calories and get regular exercise.
