We were all really concerned back in April when a teenage girl disappeared in Myrtle Beach, SC. Now, hearing she has yet to be found in the middle of June, makes me really sad. At this point, it's not very likely they will find her alive. The story of Brittanee Drexel has just made it onto America's Most Wanted, which means authorities and the family are getting pretty desperate, but keeping a stiff upper lip.

When you think about it, a missing people search is always discouraging, overwhelming, frightening, right? Well, not always. There is an exception: an online people search engine. At least here, when you are trying to find people with whom you've lost touch, there need not be pain, fear and frustration. Mostly there is just surprise and joy. Why? Because searching for and finding someone - even nationwide - that you were once close to but lost touch with is now a snap. Technology has made such huge steps forward seemingly overnight, hasn't it?

Here, we'll show you. Just give us a name and state of anyone who was once a fixture in your life, and whose contact info you no longer know. What of your old Aunt Viv who moved to Florida two years ago? You haven't spoken to her since; you don't even know her phone number. Sure, you can call your mom to get it, but then you know your mother: no sooner will you hang up than she'll be on the phone with Aunt Viv. No, if you want to find people without all the hoopla, tell the online people search engine your aunt's full name and city/state. There she is, your dear old Aunt Viv, living in Boca Raton, and there is her phone number. Don't let yourself slip again: she isn't getting any younger, you know.
