We're not talking about Waste Management, Inc., we're going to talk about Managing your Waste; like separating certain things & stuff like that. The technical definition for Waste Management is : The gathering, transfer, processing, recycling, disposal, & even the monitoring of waste materials. This term refers to materials that are human made & that can have a negative health impact on today's society; things such as gas, certain liquids, & even radioactive substances are all things that are under Waste Management.

As of now, there are a variety of Waste Management Methods of Disposal, but we're only going to cover the ones that are most common :

Recycling
There are organizations that can go on for days, months, & even years convincing people that they need to recycle to save the world; therefore, it's the most common way of Waste Management. The regular & most typical definition for recycling is to collect & reuse waste materials that we use everyday; like empty water bottles or those Super Large cups you get from Fast Food Restaurants. They've made it so easy for us by even manufacturing different bins that distinguish between things that can be recycled & things that can plainly go in the trash.

Incineration
Incineration is where you burn things-it's as simple as that. Incineration is the course of exothermic chemical reactions that occur when a fuel & an oxidant that is joined by the production of heat & the transformation of chemical species. Usually, when they burn things like these, the incinerators transform those waste materials into heat, gas, & ash; which are substances that are particularly harmful to our environment. In an ordinary situation, Incineration takes parts from Wrecking Yards & most Salvage Yards that are not even in the condition to be used again. Since they burn materials that are literally no good for our Mother Earth, it's a very controversial issue that people can argue about for days & days. Regardless of what people may think or what they say, Incineration is a method that produces a lot of heat & is also a way that can be used as energy.

Biological Reprocessing
A lot of materials that are live in nature, like plants & products made out of paper, can be recycled by something called biological composting & digestion processes that are able to decompose the organic material within those substances. The end product is known & labeled as mulch / compost that is used for agricultural & landscaping purposes. Another thing that is produced is Waste Gas which can be caught & used for the electricity & heat that you have in your home. The whole idea & purpose of Biological Reprocessing is to control & speed up the natural process of decomposition when it comes to Organic Matter.

Avoidance & Reduction Methods
The most important method of Waste Management just so happens to be the Avoidance & Reduction Method - it's also known as Waste Reduction. It's almost like recycling because this method involves the use of secondhand products, repairing things that are broken, but that can be used again, & even creating products that are specifically designed to be reused. The best way that this can be done is by actually doing it yourself & by showing other people that it can be done if there is a certain amount of effort put into accomplishing it.

These are the basic & most popular ways to manage your waste. They may not be for everyone; but on the other hand, one of these may be the perfect one for you. If it were me, I'd probably go to my local Junk Yard in California, see if they had things that can be recycled, then fix them up & sell them .. but that's just me. If anything, you can visit Junk-Yard-Bids.com & see if any Junk Yard closest to you carries what you need.
