While the deal is still under negotiations, it does not look good for Time Warner cable customers who could be losing all of their Foxprogramming channels. For months now the two companies have been trying to work out a deal that benefits both companies but so far Time Warner looks like they are willing to disappoint 14 million viewers by losing one of Americas favorite broadcasting channels.

Rupert Murdoch, and Barry Diller founded Fox Broadcasting Company in 1986. Over the years they have brought viewers some of the best shows in TV history. Shows like Married with Children, The Tracy Ullman Show, 21 Jump Street, The Arsenio Hall Show, The Simpsons, Beverly Hills 90210, Melrose Place, NY Undercover, X Files, In Living Color, Ally McBeal, That 70's Show, Family Guy, 24, The O.C, House, Malcolm in the Middle, and American Idol.

For all the sports fans that have Time Warner as their cable provider, you will be affected also. With the loss of Fox comes no more NFL Sunday games on FOX, NASCAR, MLB games, NCAA Bowl Games such as the ROSE BOWL, and the BCS Championship Game.

It's hard to belief that Time Warner will risk losing Fox who is only behind CBS as the most watched network in America. For Time Warner customers not only do you lose Fox but you also lose Fox regional sport networks.

You would think that after Time Warner went through this whole fiasco with Walt Disney, which also owns ABC in 2000, they would have learned their lesson. But that didn't happen, so all the customers who at one time lost all of their favorite Disney and ABC shows through Time Warner will now lose their Fox programming if a deal isn't reached.

Maybe some day Time Warner will learn that not only are you losing valuable programming when you drop a major network, but you also lose loyal customers as well.
