The Role Of The New Minister In Harry Potter 6

The magical world of Harry Potter full of excitement and suspense is back this season with its upcoming movie Harry Potter And The Half Blood Prince. Fans all over the world are anxiously waiting for the movie to release. It promises to bring its fans a touch of every flavour from war to love.



J.K Rowling bases the plot of all the series of the Harry Potter movies on her books of Harry Potter. The battle between Harry and Lord Voldemort is the basic plot. The spirit of revenge and hatred is blossomed between the two with each successive year. During Harry's fourth year at Hogwarts, Lord Voldemort returns to the wizardry world in his original form and creates havoc and destruction all over the world.



The ministry that controls the law and order situation in the wizardry world is the Ministry Of Magic. The head of the Ministry Of Magic is the minister of magic. The Ministry plays a very important rule in controlling the issues of the wizardry world. They form and implicate all the rules and laws. The Ministry of Magic handles all the social, secrecy and magical issues.



For a very long time Fudge has been the Minister of Magic, but when things became sour for him making him unable to handle the situation, the tables turn for him and a new minister is selected during Harry's sixth year at Hogwarts. The situation starts to get worse when Voldemort returns and starts creating mass destruction and mass killings take place. Although Harry warns the world about this event, but everybody ignores his warnings specially the minister of magic.



As a result, things get of out of control and a new minister is elected to run the wizardry world. Although the situation does not get any better, still the minister makes all efforts to control the situation with the help of Dumbledore and the old minister Fudge.



Rufus Scrimgeour is the name of the new minister and he is doubted to be a werewolf by nature. Previously he was an auror at the ministry but when Cornelius Fudge decides to step down, he takes over. Considering the current situation of war and tension, he continues to arrest Death Eaters and suspicious characters. He even doubts Dumbledore and checks on Harry in order to get a clue towards Dumbledore's activities. However, Harry refuses to give him a hint regarding anything.



Finally, along with the other innocent wizards, the Death Eaters also kidnap the minister and presented to Lord Voldemort. He is kidnapped to gain information regarding the activities of Dumbledore, but the minister refuses to give him any sort of inside information. As a result, the Dark Lord murders him.



The new minister does not appear much in the movie, but has a significant role. After his death, the situation gets much worse. The Ministry is in filtered by the Death Eaters and the world continues to be at the mercy of the Dark Lord. The movie is sure to be a big hit this season and fans are going to love this one.



The release date for Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince is 15th July 2009.
