Britney Spears was born to Lynne Irene and James Parnell Spears on the 2nd of December, 1981. She was named Britney Jean Spears. Even as a child, stage and performing was nothing new to her. Britney first stepped up on a stage at the age of five. At the same time, her vocals were highly praised by The Mickey Mouse Club but since Britney was too young to be accepted, she was referred to a New York based talent manager who took her forward. The year 1992 finally brought Spears into The Mickey Mouse Club and this is when the journey to selling Britney Spears tickets all across the globe, began. By 1997, Britney Spears tried to join a girl band, Innosense.

After being rejected by several record companies in New York, Jive Records finally called her up praising Britney’s voice, the hold over and vocal talents in comparison to her age. From 1998 up till 1999, Spears worked on her debut album …Baby One More Time which became the biggest selling album by a teenage artist. It sold over 10 million copies I just one year, won double platinum certifications, charted fifteen countries and reached Number 1 on Billboard 200. Since then, there was no looking back and Britney went on to release a hit after hit. Magazine contents held Britney in high regards, however controversies came about when the young singer appeared scantily clad during many of her performances at the …Baby One More Time Tour. Britney Spears tickets however sold as they do now; within minutes and all across the world. In 2000, the album, Oops!… I Did It Again was released whose title song, just like that of the first album, charted in many countries and the tour remained highly grossing. For this album, she received a Grammy nomination and since then, an endlessly successful musical career for Britney Spears had been set.


Britney then became a celebrity and many companies such as Pepsi, began using her in their ads for effective promotional purposes. The young celebrity continued to release albums, top the charts and win awards. Despite her difficult personal life, she managed to sell Britney Spears tickets the same way as they always did and maintained a successful career. Until 2011, Spears ahs released seven albums all of which have received critical acclaim and large applaud from Britney’s fans. She continues to serve the music industry with her extraordinary talents.
