The HTC Hero White provides simple functionality with stunning looks

HTC have brought out several colour variants of the Hero range of phones, with the HTC Hero White being one of them. The white version is clean cut and looks stunning with its large display screen taking up the whole front face and an angled bottom edge which makes it easier to work on.

The HTC Hero White has an integrated 5 mega pixel camera which is good enough to take excellent photos. The camera operates at a resolution of 2592 x 1944 pixels and comes with autofocus to ensure quality images are taken time and time again. The camera also doubles up as a video recording device to offer an alternative to still images.

The phones 3.2 inch TFT capacitive touch screen is a beautifully expressive screen which provides well defined imagery and clarity of image. To access functionality the phone uses the multi-touch input method as well as offering handwriting recognition. The white HTC Hero external dimensions are 112mm x 56mm wide and at 14mm thick is relatively slim line. The handset weighs 135 g which gives the phone a solid feel. The Qualcomm MSM 7200A 528 MHz processor is at the heart of the phone and uses the oft talked about Android operating system. The phone comes with an MP3 player which plays downloaded music files of all persuasions. Satellite navigation is provided by the GPS function which also has A-GPS support.
