The Blackberry 9000 Bold White is a colour variant of the impressively popular 9000 range from Blackberry. Utilising the Blackberry operating system as well as a 624 MHz processor, this handset provides smart phone technology encased within a smart and stylish outer casing. As is the usual scenario which Blackberry handsets, a QWERTY keyboard is provided on the front panel for simple and effective text and data entry.

As you would expect with this handset it provides a document editor, which can edit Word, Excel and PowerPoint documents. In addition a PDF viewer and an organiser are also included within the package. The handset comes with 1 GB of internal memory, this can be expanded upon by utilising the microSD card slot, as a means of expanding the memory up to a maximum of 8 GB.


In addition to the aforementioned features, the handset also provides an MP4/MP3 player which is able to play the majority of audio and video file types available. A variety of games are also included within the package as well as the ability to download further games. A 2.0 megapixel camera is included within the package and operates at 1600 x 1200 pixels and comes with an LED flash for illumination purposes. In addition the camera also doubles up as a video capture device which provides an alternative to photo imagery.


The White Blackberry 9000 Bold is an impressive handset that has stood the test of time. Released in 2008 it has gone on to become one of Blackberrys most popular handsets. This colour variant provides an additional colour option, but with the same level of expressive and useful functionality.
