Two teenage superfans undergo makeovers to look like Taylor Swift on 'The Rachael Ray Show' (weekdays, syndicated), when, suddenly, the country pop superstar herself makes a surprise appearance and sends the girls into hysterics.

"I just think Taylor would actually love our dresses. They're, like, all glittery and sparkly, so ... " said one girl, modeling her new look as Swift creeps up behind her.

Once Swift reveals herself, both girls break down in tears and visibly begin to shake as they come face-to-face with their idol.

Taylor Swift thrilled fans on January 3 when she appeared for almost 30 minutes on the syndicated Rachael Ray show, candidly answering questions about her life, style and career.

Three fans in attendance -- including one whom had been in a life-altering bike accident -- had the opportunity to meet and speak with the 21-year old superstar at various times during the show. And Taylor, dressed in a classic black-and-white dress, reached out with words and gestures to everyone while seated at the perky host's kitchen table on the set.

Hollywood star Jake Gyllenhaal has reportedly planned to splash out on a £50,000 luxury getaway with Taylor Swift.

The 30-year-old is said to be taking Taylor, 21, to the Atlantis resort in Dubai for Valentine's Day.
A source told British newspaper the Daily Mirror: 'Jake has gone all out, booking them a romantic trip to swim with the dolphins at Dolphin Bay, and a slap-up candle-lit supper at Nobu.
'He's also booked the most lavish digs with views across the resort, their own butler and a lift that opens right into their suite.'

The pair were first spotted together in late October but have avoided talking openly about their relationship.

A number of celebs have done a lot of good for charity this year, but now more than ever, young stars are doing their part to give back.

Taylor Swift, Nick Jonas and Justin Bieber all made DoSomething.org’s Top 20 Celebs Gone Good list for 2010, states Just Jared. Bieber came in at number 10 as he worked hard to help children: raising $150,000 for a Buffalo, New York children’s hospital and working with Pencils of Promise.

Jonas came in at number 6 as he has done quite a bit of work to bring even more awareness to diabetes. Swift beat out both the boys at number 3 because of all she did to help Nashville after it was hit hard by the flood.
