Well I am an art handler!

I am going to do my best to describe what we do, how we do it and how we may be off assistance to you or your organisation

To describe our services in the simplest form is that we are employed to handle artworks in the correct manner to minimise the risk of damage and install the work with an aesthetically pleasing location, securely to prevent any future possible damage

Why do you need an art handler?

Maybe you are too busy, maybe you are not insured to handle your priceless artworks, maybe you do not possess the technical ability to install it safely or maybe you need a second opinion on positioning that special work

We operate out of Surry Hills, Sydney City and offer our services to pretty much anyone

Fine Art Services was established by Beaumont Major in 2008 Originally a B2B (Business to Business) aimed at Sydney's diverse art industry. Fine Art Services now offers professional art handling, picture hanging, picture hanging systems and packaging to residential and commercial clients including: Picture framers, art galleries and museums, interior designers, architects, furniture designers, private office, and (god forbid) government organanisations in Sydney City and surrounding areas

Striving to provide a comprehensive art handling services for our clients, from gallery wall to the home with minimal fuss, time and expense

Now a recognized and well established business Fine Art Services is expanding into the commercial and domestic art market in New York City

There really is no job is too small or too big we aim to help wherever we can and if you require a service we do not offer we are more than welcome to recommend any of our highly professional sub-contractors

Currently employing 7 staff members; 1 business manager (me), 2 project managers, 3 handlers, 1 driver

History:

Beaumont Major registered Fine Art Services in New Zealand in 2006 operating out of Queenstown and was also registered in London in 2007 offering business to business services and by 2011 will see Fine Art Services offering art handling services in New York City
