Sony introduce the Sony Ericsson W395 Black

The Sony Ericsson W395 Black is one in a long line of phones by Sony that offer outstanding musical features. It includes within its arsenal of features an FM radio as well as a Walkman Mp3 player. The phone is a relatively small unit which measures 97mm x 47mm wide whilst being 15 mm thick. However its size does not have any relevance to its capabilities which are extensive.

Video recording and playback are able to also be taken through the camera which offers a useful alternative if desired. The phone comes with additional picture editing software to enable the user to edit images whilst still on the phone.

A 2 inch TFT screen is provided with the phone which displays 256,000 colours. This is colourful and ensures vivid reproduction of images with the 176 x 220 pixels size of the screen display. A central navigation button provides the means of accessing features and is simple to use and responsive.


The phone comes with a menagerie of connectivity options which include GPRS, HSCSD and EDGE. For file sharing, Blue tooth and USB are provided which are standard connections on most phones. The phone also comes with a useful organiser for keeping track of important dates and events and a voice memo feature, when a pen and paper are simply not an option.


The Sony W395 Black offers a lively blend of function and form. The phone comes from a tried and tested stable of previous incarnations which have always been popular and there is no reason to think this phone will not be as equally popular.
