1. Exercise

Healthy body means healthy skin, and since skin is the largest organ, any problems with your body internally will eventually show on your skin. Make sure that your diet is well balanced and that you eat lots of vegetables and fruits. A diet rich in vitamins and minerals will protect you from acne, or help you fight the outbreaks.

4. Hygiene
- remember to wash your skin gently and avoid scrubbing. Scrubbing causes skin irritation and spreads the bacteria to other parts of the skin. Scrubbing might also cause extra oil production which will result in more clogged pores and more acne. Also, do not use products that contain alcohol.


Never pinch, pick or squeeze your pimples. It will only worsen the outbreak and will most probably leave scars on your skin.
