The Nokia 6760 is a handset that offers a great deal of functionality and style. From its large display screen through to its full QWERTY keyboard it simply oozes style. It is not the highest resolution camera available however, this handset is not designed to take effective images, but to be a useful work tool. Video recording and playback of provided on this handset and is recorded at QVGA quality and at 15 frames per second. The option of either still or moving image capture is a useful combination which is found on most handsets in present era.


Entertainment is provided by means of an MP3/MP4 player and a stereo FM radio. This provides multiple options with reference to entertainment with the ability to either utilise downloaded music files of which most of audio and video file types are accepted, as well as the ability to listen to local and national radio stations. Internal memory on this phone is 128 Mb however, the handset has the ability to expand its memory by utilising the microSD card facility up to 8 Gb.


The handset comes with multiple connection options which include GPRS, HSCSD, EDGE, Blue tooth and microUSB. This ensures the phone is able to be connected to a multiple array of devices and systems and allow numerous actions to be performed. Internet access is provided by the HSDPA connection which is a fast speed connection and therefore ensures that web browsing is enjoyable and not laborious. The GPS with A-GPS support facility provides satellite navigation to ensure the owner is able to locate places they wish to visit.



The Nokia 6760 slide is a comprehensive handset which offers a wide variety of functionality whilst still being attractive. The handset utilises the Symbian operating system which is found to be effective for a variety of options including multitasking and seamless operation of functionality. The handset was released in October 2009 and since its inception has proved to be a popular mobile phone.
