On the other hand, the Virginia Tech must also propound a tight security and background check of all of its enrollees and students to preempt any possibility of another case of school shooting or any other school violence. The background check will be the very first step for the school to become aware of such matters of character and ethical behavior, medical history, criminal background and other background concerns of each student.
