SD Card stands for Secure Digital Card, which is an ultra small flash memory card. The Secure Digital Card Association (SDCA) approves the SD card, which is flash memory card standard. It is designed to deliver high-capacity memory in a small size. Sd cards are very helpful to store memory. MiniSD and microSD cards are also available as the standard SD memory card. These cards are smaller than other cards and not compatible with standard SD memory card slots. At the top left, the SD memory card might have a protective lock-switch.
