Samsung Corby was just another mobile for everyone till few months back, but now practically everyone is aware of this beautiful handset and its four allies.

The handset is designed in techie-style and is available with different outer colors-sometimes yellow as well.
What's more - the Company has introduced four different allies in the same price-range with minor difference. Samsung S3650 is equipped with 2.8" capacitive TFT touchscreen. The 2MP camera has smile detection with video-recording facility. Music recognition service is also available. Interchangeable rear covers with fashion jackets and relatively low price are some unique features of the mobile phone.
The handset had some drawbacks also. It didn't have 3G, and screen had no accelerometer. The camera is not of very fine quality. Smart dialing is not present in this version. No QWERTY keyboard on the screen.
Company gave a thought to the existing drawbacks and came out with different versions which had some or the other features. Three different versions by the name of Corby Text, Corby Plus and Corby Pro were introduced to combat earlier drawbacks and keep the price range economical.
Corby Text is not a touch-screen mobile, but is equipped with QWERTY keyboard to write text and send Emails from the handset. This handset is selling in yellow color, predominantly. The handset is also priced at much lower value due to lack of touch-screen option. Other features are the same as in S3650 handset.
Samsung Corby Pro is 2MP camera and QWERTY keyboard slides downwards for better functioning. The keyboard is good enough to operate when required and close when not in use. Touch screen facility is also present in this handset. The structure is the same as the first counterpart.
Samsung Corby Plus is another unique handset which is equipped with QWERTY keyboard and has 3.2MP camera. The camera is also equipped with latest features. This touch screen mobile is priced at a slight premium as compared to other Samsung Corby handsets.
The next handset is CDMA handset with all latest features. The price is also high but there is no CDMA touch screen which is as cheap as this one.
