A webinar is an online video conference that allows you to connect to multiple parties simultaneously. A webinar lets you allow people anywhere to see your conference, who can log in using your website. This has the benefit of being brandable, so your customers will see your company image before joining the webinar. One good practise then, is always to brand your webinar page to show your company logo (as a minimum). Other branding things include changing the colour of the page to fit your corporate color scheme, and linking back to your company homepage.

You may also want to select some music to make the waiting period more acceptable, before the start of the WEBinar. In this regard, we provide a free audioconference service in which the partakers make a regular long distance call with access points in Europe and America.

A similar idea is to put a splash screen (i.e. one powerpoint slide) up so that your customers are looking at something before the webinar begins. Use this screen to introduce the speaker, or provide contact information such as an email address. You might also want to include information about how to use certain features. The Live Meeting Q&A function is easy to use, but not everyone knows about it. You might want to put something on your splash screen to highlight that area.

Try not to make these documents too long, however - otherwise people won't have time to view them and make comments during the webinar.

The great thing about a webinar is that it gives you instant feedback. Always chase up at the end of a WEBinar - either by email, or by directing them to a website that could be useful.

It may be a poll for which we provide a free poll service, that includes 100 folks responding a month. Eventually, the recording of a WEBinar permits the presentation any time of a demonstration of your goods getting the feedback from the audience thru emails.
