If you need entertainment for an event or need some fundraising ideas then you should host a trivia night or pub quiz, they are loads of fun. What could be more fun than competing against other teams, seeing who has the best general knowledge, who can strategise the best and who will come out on top.

If you need corporate entertainment, then you should have a quiz night. Forget about hiring a band, everyone has been to a corporate event with a covers band before and unless you are able to hire U2, then it is not going to be very memorable. Yet another covers band doing a second rate job is hardly likely to stick in your attendees memories, but if they all sit down to answer pub trivia style questions, they will have an awesome night, with lots of laughs and they will remember it forever. It is a unique form of entertainment and it is interactive, meaning all your guest will get to know each other better. If you have a band, all your guest will just sit staring forwards, barely interacting at all, with a quiz, they will be get along like a house on fire in no time.

If you are in charge of school fundraising, you should think about having a trivia night, they are loads of fun and a fantastic way to generate some money. Just charge each team an entry fee, set aside some of it as a prize, or get the prizes donated, and give the rest to the school. So easy and so fun.

If you do want to organise a trivia night or pub quiz, you should get a professional team in to help you host it. They will have heaps of experience and will know what level of questions will be suitable, what format is the most fun and how big the groups are. By getting an experienced team in, you are guaranteeing that the event will be a total success.

These days when you are organising an event, you have to think outside the box, you have to be original, and nothing is more original or fun than a quiz night.
