One of the most crucial parts of our style statement is our hair and it is always in need of proper care and nourishment. Like the rest parts of our body our hair also needs proper nutrition as though it is made of dead cells still the root of the hair is the living. Perhaps the root of the hair is the only living part of hair, which is situated under the scalp. Therefore the scalp also needs proper care because if it is not taken care of, it cannot provide the necessary nutrition to the hair. So for proper hair care and scalp protection is only possible when it is supplied with a perfectly balanced diet.

Now the question may come in mind, how to have a perfectly balanced diet? Or which nutritious agents are necessary for our hair and how to provide them? Before answering the question we must first know what is meant by perfectly balanced diet? It is not that hard to imagine. A perfectly balanced diet means having our diet filled with proportionate amount of all the necessary nutritious agents that our hair needs. As we all know that the intake of less amount of nutrition than needed may cause deficiency of that nutrition in our body, causing various troubles due to that deficiency. Similarly if that same nutritious agent is taken in excess than necessary, it may also cause trouble. And that is the reason why we must maintain the proportionate balance of nutrition in our diet.

As we all know that the most part of our hair is made of protein, therefore, it is essential that the supply of protein should always be there for better hair growth. Besides providing the hair with proteins, there are also other nutritious agents that should also be supplied to the hair. Those nutritious agents are vitamins and minerals. But in this case we should also know which vitamins and minerals should be provided. The first name that is most essential is vitamin B-12, it is also true that all B group vitamins are helpful for hair growth. Besides the B vitamins others like vitamin A, C and E are also essentially important for our hair. Vitamin A is an interesting vitamin, when taken in proper proportion it helps a lot in the growth and healthy and growth of hair. Similarly vitamin C and E are also important for our hair.

Besides providing the hair with essential vitamins we should also provide the hair with minerals like iron, calcium, sulfur, magnesium and zinc. The deficiency of any of these minerals may cause hair damage, or hair fall.

Therefore, the proper supply of all these nutritious agents is essentially important for our hair. The lack of any of them can be the reason behind your untimely hair fall or may cause many other hair problems.
