Glamour's been the keyword over the last few days, with Rihanna looking stunning as she picks up her Back-on-Top Superstar gong at seemingly yet another Women of the Year Awards. This time the party was in New York, and the host was, yes, the US edition of Glamour magazine.
An earthier flavour of glam was on display in London, as Amy Winehouse decided a bubblegum-pink bra was perfectly sufficient covering for a night down Camdden scenester pub The Hawley Arms. Her lips are looking a little more, shall we say, "puffy" as well…
On the flipside of the glamour scale entirely was red-top magnet Katie Price, whose imminent arrival at the I'm A Celebrity… Get Me Out Of Here! camp was prefaced by a quick wash and brush-up in the US. Wonder if she knows she's meant to be in Australia…
And talking of doings Down Under, ultra-glam Aussie ex-pat Nicole Kidman rocked up (maybe "twanged up", on balance) at the Country Music Awards in Nashville, Tennessee to support hubby Keith Urban. The outfit? A shocking pink Prada frock and a traffic-stopping décolletage. Don't mind if we do!
You wait all week for a Women of the Year award, then two come along at once. How could we forget the Cosmopolitan Ultimate Women of the Year Awards in London? Quite easily, as it turns out, since the only half-interesting stars to show up were Kimberley Walsh from Girls Aloud, Holly Willoughby and Dannii ‘Unavoidable' Minogue. Next!
