According to many industry experts, part of the reason why the company became successful is because of its unique services in the past that not only gave rise to their business, but to the rapid growth of the call center industry of the Philippines.

Magellan Call Center was founded in 2005, the time in which the call center industry had only started to grow, though rapidly. The company was one of the many call centers in the Philippines that were established to accommodate the rapidly growing demands for call center services.

However, what gave rise to the company is not only because it was one of the first call centers to act in this stage of the call center industry, but the company was one of the few that offered Small Business Answering service to different businesses in the Philippines.
