Many new call center companies have even integrated a number of new call center services which deals with business-to-business affairs such as online business to customer support and online business to business support.

Global Recognition
Because of the growth of the call center industry of the Philippines, specifically of the growth of the call center services in the Philippines, many offshore companies and foreign investors have landed in the Philippines which further added to the growth of the call center industry of the Philippines as well as the country’s competence in the global market.
