There are several hidden factors that will make the difference in successful weight loss. One of these factors has to do with how well your liver is functioning. If your liver is overloaded, stressed or toxic it will be harder to lose weight.

Liver is practically your fat burning machine. If you have roll of fat at your waistline, you might have what is commonly called "fatty liver". Your liver has stopped burning fat and is storing it. Only when you restore proper function of your liver you will lose belly fat.

One of the most important functions of the liver is to filter out toxins. Your liver is incredible regenerating organ that is a workhorse, but when it is overwhelmed by toxins it can no longer function properly.
