Helena Christensen is a Danish supermodel that has been in the business for 30 years! She started modeling when she was just a little girl of the age 9. When she grew up, Helena Christensen was more into music, and wanted to become a musician.
In 1986 she represented here home country Denmark in Miss Universe, but it was not until the famous fashion photographer, Friedemann Hauss discovered her model qualities Helena Christensen career took of.
Helena Christensen moved from Denmark to Paris, and now has, in the age of 41, countless catwalks and fashion shoots done. She have modeled for all the big names in the fashion industry, like Chanel, DKNY, Fendi, Karl Lagerfeld, Prada, Revlon, Valentino, Versace and many, many more.
You have seen this beautiful Danish model on the cover of almost all fashion magazines, like Elle and Vogue.
Helena has also appeared in the music videos "Wicked game" by Chris Isaak (voted to the sexiest video of all time by MTV) and "Simple things" by Dirty Vegas. She has also hit the big screen with appearances in the movies "Pret-a-porter" and "Inferno".
Helena is still modeling, most recently for the Swedish brand Odd Molly, but she is also the editor of the magazine Nylon and has gone professionally with here long lasting hobby, photography. Other hobbies of Helena Christensen is food (can't live without it), interior design and collection strange objects.
Helena Christensen is 5'10" (178 cm), have green eyes and brown hair. She was born on Christmas day in 1968 by her Peruvian mother. Her father is Danish, and Denmark is the country she was raised up in.
Helena dig rock music, and has been in a relationship with the late lead singer of INXS, Micheal Hutchence, and has later been linked to Leonardo DiCaprio and the singer Billy Corgan.
Helena Christensen is really one of the seldom fashion phenomenon, still hot after 30 years of modeling. She defiantly still got it!
