Take a good look at the picture, you will see a man wearing a trench coat and a bowler hat and in his hands is an attach, case not to mention a brolly. I am rather curious about the entire thing. When you look at the image, what you are seeing is a corporate advertisement.

An architect has been hired to act as the vice president and general manager of this new company said that he is the man in the image and it is part of an advertising campaign that they are doing to stand out in Canada. When people use images to advertise, they can make use of extensive marketing tactics and still retain the artistic content of their advertising material and this is based from the attitude of late '70s architecture.

Not only is art being utilized to provide the world with beautiful sights, in today's modern world, art is changing and it will continue to change surpassing the purpose of providing beautiful things to sense. They're the new hybrids. Especially in Winnipeg, you can be one of the best if you only use the best and this concept also applies when it comes to their reliance on graphic design.

What they have achieved started out with them taking pictures. All their stuff is photography converted through a variety of media into graphic forms, silk screens, lithographs, metal etchings, fiber work. For the both of them, they can thank a local architectural firm where they worked for their meeting. From then on they knew that they were compatible.

They were engaged in a company which had all of the criteria that are present in well known corporations. It was quite an experience for them to visit Vancouver where they went to a graphics exhibition. One partner said that he was so convinced that what they were doing was a viable commercial entity, that he said he'd put up $3,000 front money of his own to produce a brochure of their work and another $2,000 as back up.

You can compare their brochures to those from the rest of the Winnipeg commercial industry and you will see that theirs have more art, graphic, and print in them. This is not the only thing that they are working on, they have other things to take care of like potatoes which basically pertain to promotional printing, posters, architectural photography and models, logos, T shirt design, coasters, menus, and matchbook covers. They are depended upon by a lot of government buildings, trains, head and branch offices of corporations, lobbies and rooms of hotel chains, and commercial aircrafts to make custom art designs for them.

Advertising materials are commonly created by the partners for corporations but they also provide them with murals or silk screen serigraphs for their offices. Although they provide custom fine art for the companies they work with, they partner it with graphic design. It is not easy to keep up if you doo not work as hard when you are part of something like custom corporate art. They are able to use graphic design to their advantage. Currently, they are working with two major Canadian banks, various federal and provincial buildings, a huge insurance company, a railroad, hotels, and airline companies.
