After the hit games like Guitar Hero and Rock Band, it seems that game developers are racing against each other to develop a new music-based game. These games instantly hit the top shelves as soon as they were released, and without a doubt, it captured the hearts of both hardcore and casual gamers. This article is not about becoming a great guitarist, and not about becoming a band member. This article will talk about becoming a DJ with the help of DJ Max Portable for PSP.

DJ MAX is an action-rhythm game by the Pentavision Entertainment, a game developer based in South Korea. Packed with great special effect and the most important piece of the game – audio, this game is definitely a must-have game for all music lover slash gamers.

Looking at this game is enough to know that there are a lot of things that awaits the players. Featuring more than 50 different songs that includes, “Leave me Alone” by NieN, “Become Myself” by PIA, “If” by Vanila Unity, “Beautiful Girl (Seth Vogt Electro Vanity Remix)” by DJ Keri, and “Waiting for the Sun” by Mindcube.

The game play is mind blowing and will really show you how it feels like being a real DJ. The best part about the game is the music video that changes together with the notes that the need to hit. I seem too amazing to think that this great game can fit inside a small game console like the PSP.

If you are still looking for the best game that can be played with PSP, I strongly recommend this game, because it will surely keep your hands glued to your PSP for weeks or even months. Overall, I would give this game, 5 out of 5 for the concept, 4.5 out of 5 for the video and audio, and 5 out of 5 for the overall game play.
