Foundation or Powder: Which should you use?

As with choosing a good daily foundation, looks for an oil-free light and sheer loose powder that will look and feel natural on your skin. If cost is a concern, know that you don't have to buy THE most expensive product to get good quality results. However, I wouldn't suggest looking for the cheapest either. Wearing inexpensive cosmetics can look and feel heavy and greasy and actually cause breakouts and blemishes.
