FHTM Tips - 3 Way Calls and Why They Are Important

After years in Fortune business, I've realized that there is a no more effective tool than the 3 way call in building a thriving FHTM team.. Paul Orberson and the FHTM leaders advocate using the 3 way call and offer FHTM Training.

Not sure what a 3 way call is? The 3 way call provides you with credibility when talking to a prospect. Introducing an experienced, knowledgeable third party to a new prospect allows that prospect the chance to listen objectively to a leader whose expertise can create excitement and momentum. Your prospects will learn the Fortune plan from an expert who shows enthusiasm and clarity and your prospect will become an integral part of building your Fortune business.

The 3 way call is of great importance for reps new to the Fortune business. It's great that new reps start their FHTM business with enthusiasm. But with that enthusiasm the new person often overdoes it, becoming a sort of 'motor mouth'. That's when you keep talking and talking and tell everything you know about FHTM. It probably isn't very much at this time. The prospect gets overwhelmed and just says 'no thanks'.


Fortune Hi Tech Marketing is the kind of business you 'show not tell'. Use all the tools provided by FHTM training to 'Show the Business'. And there are many: web based, dvd, cd, written, audio, etc. After your prospect has seen the plan is the time for the 3 way call.

Who should you ask to be the third party on your call? During your FHTM team meetings you should ask for a list of 3 Fortune reps so you are covered when you need but normally it is your upline who serves the role. My 3 way calls work best when I let my upline know I would be calling with a prospect. You should ask your upline what they prefer. You will develop your own style which will be comfortable and successful as you build your FHTM business.

As the leader of your own team, encourage your team to take advantage of 3 way calls as they build their Fortune businesses. You also need to examine your own self by assessing the ways you work to grow your FHTM business. Carefully consider, how many 3 way calls you did last week? If your number of 3 way calls was low, then there is a high probability that your production was low, too.


Use the power of the 3 way call yourself. Let your upline tell you when they are worn out! They should be engaging in multiple 3 way calls each day. If you apply this proven tool in your business building efforts, a great friendship between you and your upline will develop and your organization will flourish.
