The Dalmore, one of the most famous whisky distilleries around the world, has now added the Eos 59-Year-Old Single Malt to its list of extreme vintages. Christened after the Titan goddess of the dawn, the 59-year-old scotch is bottled from the same pair of sherry casks that were used for the Selene, the Dalmore’s highly prized 1951 vintage.
