A few years ago, when I started running shortly after training, one day I could not help but eat a very hearty meal for lunch, two pieces of burgers, French fried snacks and added some drinks such as milk. I cursed myself on the way of go home from work, I feel heavy and struggled to every movement. To finish the running all depends on perseverance, I am sure will not feel any pleasure. The result is opposite, I run faster than ever before, and feel just like floating in the air and the foot do not touch ground at all. My feet like swings, light and quick touch the asphalt, sand and grass.
Another experience of running is when I eat not full. I'm working on training to prepare for a marathon race, I want to make some of their weight loss and a number of thin.
